As a young child, Brad Beauman was fascinated with the idea of building functional structures from scratch. His grandfather owned a lumber company in Iowa and it was there where he first caught the building bug.  He moved to Colorado and in his twenties worked his way up the ranks, managing a team at a home improvement store, working for production home builders and in 1993 launched his Construction Company.
